FAQs

I am an unlimited member and want to use one of my guest passes, how can I reserve them a spot?

Email us at support@moxie.yoga and let us know the name, email address of your guest, and the class you wish to attend with your guest.

Do I need to sign up for class beforehand?

Yes. Reservations are not required, however classes do fill up and walk-ins will not be admitted if the class is full.

What is your cancellation/reservation change policy?

Students registered directly with us through our Mindbody Online can cancel or change their reservation up to one hour before class start time.  If you have signed up through another service (i.e. ZenRez/ClassPass), the cancellation is subject to their policies.

I'm running late, will I be able to take class?

Each of our locations are relatively small and often times we cannot support both front desk workers and teachers.  This means that in order to protect the facility and our client’s belongings, we need to lock the door at class start time.  Please be sure to build in travel time buffers to ensure you arrive before the class start time.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat, towel or water?

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water, however, we do rent mats for $2 and towels for $1 as well as have water for sale (mat and towel rentals are complimentary for auto-renewing members).

Is this Hot Yoga?

No, our classes are warm, but not quite hot.   Our rooms are set to 80 degrees but may vary based on outside conditions and attendance.  Hot Yoga is typically 105-108 degrees.

Can I come to class if I am pregnant?

If you have an established power, ashtanga vinyasa, or athletic vinyasa yoga practice, yes.  Otherwise, it is not recommended.

How do I cancel my membership?

Send an email to support@moxie.yoga notifying us of your cancelation.

Can I use my class packages/membership at both locations?

Yes, unless you have purchased a discounted package specifically for one location.

Is bike parking available

Sadly we do not have the space for bikes inside the facilities, however, we do have bike racks directly outside the 20th Street and Bernal Heights locations.

Do you have showers at the studio?

No, however, we do have two changing rooms and a restroom.
