MOXIE: Mission MOXIE: Nob Hill
Moxie welcomes all students regardless of age, strength, flexibility or mindset.
Tips for the first class:
- Please register Online and sign up for class before arriving at the studio
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early (late arrivals may not be admitted)
- Wear comfortable, flexible athletic clothing
- Please bring water, a yoga mat, and towel; note that we do sell water as well as rent mats and towels
- Notify the instructor of any injuries
New students to Moxie should try our MOXIE Fundamentals classes first before attending other classes.
- Postures are held 8-10 breaths
- Sequence follows the Moxie fundamental postures
- Deep focus on alignment and breath connection
- Appropriate for all levels
- This is not a beginner only class: all students interested in working on the principles and foundations of Moxie Yoga should attend
