New to MOXIE?

Moxie welcomes all students regardless of age, strength, flexibility or mindset.

Tips for the first class:

  • Please register Online and sign up for class before arriving at the studio
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early (late arrivals may not be admitted)
  • Wear comfortable, flexible athletic clothing
  • Please bring water, a yoga mat, and towel; note that we do sell water as well as rent mats and towels
  • Notify the instructor of any injuries

New students to Moxie should try our MOXIE Fundamentals classes first before attending other classes.

  • Postures are held 8-10 breaths
  • Sequence follows the Moxie fundamental postures
  • Deep focus on alignment and breath connection
  • Appropriate for all levels
    • This is not a beginner only class:  all students interested in working on the principles and foundations of Moxie Yoga should attend
