55-minute class. Essential postures of yoga that affect the entire body. Deep focus on alignment and breath connection. Postures are held 8-10 breaths. Sequence follows the MOXIE Fundamental postures. Appropriate for all levels. This is not a beginner only class: all students interested in working on the principles and foundations of Yoga should attend.

55-minute class based on the Fundamental postures. A Truly All Levels class for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Modifications are provided for the beginners. Variations offered for the more experienced. Postures are held for 5-7 breaths.
